Assistance with planning and doing activities such as arts and crafts, walking, cooking/baking and socializing will needed for this job. Since we are a home environment, light housekeeping, cooking, and pet care is a shared responsibility.

Job Requirements:

-Must have COVID Vaccine and Card

-Must be in the ORCHARDS system and passed

-Must have current First Aid CPR from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association (these are the only two DHS will accept)

-Must have experience with advanced dementia residents.

Job Responsibilities:

Light Cleaning
Pet Care(small dog, two cats, free range chickens)
Hospice/Dementia
Full/Assist with Activities of Daily Living
Bathing
Feeding
Bathroom Full/Assist
Dental Hygiene
Medication Dispensing
Food Preparation and Cooking
Taking out the trash
Arts and Crafts
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Graveyard

Wage: $16 to $20.00 /hour

The Feathered Nest provides quality care to our five residents in a nature-based enviroment located on 1.3 acres. Seeking an individual not only with experience in ADL's but also with an interest with helping the residents with walks and outdoor patio time as weather permits.
This is a job where you have time to know and care about your patients!

Job Requirements:
-Must be in the Orchards system and cleared
-Must have current First Aid CPR from the American Red Cross or American Heart Associati
-Must have experience with dementia residents.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist with ADL's, Hygiene
Med. Admin.
Laundry
Activities/ Art and Crafts with residents
Light housekeeping, cooking
Basic Pet Care(small therapy dog, two cats, chickens)
Charting and other DHS required activities

Job Types: Part-time

Wage: Starting at $17 per hour
Condensed shifts possible...means less driving and gas!
