Resist, I could not. Even though this will be up less than a week I couldn’t resist throwing it up. Always a process... learning to trust our own perception versus engaging in gossip or drama. Very difficult in our society. Especially when we find someone who's experiences justify and validate our own perspective and emotions.

Allow & feel the emotions from the bad days, but remind yourself they will pass. If we don't feel them, they'll build up and start causing a lot of unbalanced effects physically, mentally & emotionally.

Seeing our oneness is the quickest way to adjust how you treat others and how they respond to you. And even if they don't respond the way you'd like, let it go. Most are operating from their pain body and will react to external circumstances negatively. It has nothing to do with you, but what's festering within them. Doesn't mean you have to let people walk all over you, you can set healthy loving boundaries.

Having the courage to follow the subtle flow of energy that doing what you love ignites within you is no small feat because it isn't always tangible. Always practice good grounding & protection, hahaha. Every morning after my meditation I visualize my bubble of protection and ground myself. Makes SUCH a difference! Especially when my day is packed with clients.
