My name is Jasmine, and I am a wife and mother of two. Health and wellness is a huge part of my life, as I have struggled with chronic Lyme disease for over 7 years. I learned early on that clean eating would be the key to keeping the inflammation in my body low, and being able to live pain free. Living a paleo lifestyle has allowed me to so survive and thrive, and I hope to help you do the same!

Our Story

🌺My name is Jasmine and I am a holistic momma, lover of all things outdoors, workout freak and Paleo lifestyle advocate! God has brought me through many experiences, both health related and not, that have shaped who I am, what I consume, and how I care for myself and my family.

🍗Having lived a Paleo lifestyle (meats, veggies, no grains, no refined sugar) for almost five years, I know just how much time has to be spent in the kitchen to keep up this way of life. I also know how difficult it can be to find freshly prepared meals that meet my dietary restrictions. I am not a medical professional, but I don't have to be because I have seen first hand how this lifestyle has changed my health, without the help of traditional medicine 🌿
