We were so sad to say goodbye for now to this sweet family, who we’ve had the pleasure of supporting through not one, but two, pregnancies, births, and postpartum experiences. We love to see families thriving at their final visit and to see how different it is for everyone the second time around.

We had the pleasure of taking care of this family since before they got pregnant, helping them with trying to conceive and then throughout the pregnancy and birth and beyond! It is always so sweet to get to see this whole process with a family and we are in awe about the ways this family is growing and changing and adapting even when things didn’t always go the way they were hoping. It is great to see them all thriving at the final visit! 💗

Congratulations to this family on the birth of their second baby born at home recently! It was such a pleasure to be with this client in labor, to see her move through hard labor with grace and strength, and to get to witness this big brother, who’s birth we also attended, witness the birth of his brother. We are so grateful to this family for letting us be a part of their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, successful VBAC journey! It was such a pleasure to get to know them and be with them during this time. This family is thriving with their newborn and we couldn’t be happier for them.

We were so happy to see this pair thriving at their final postpartum visit. These early postpartum days are no joke and this client didn’t have an easy time with challenges in multiple areas, yet, they’re both doing well and their attitude was the best through it all, always finding the joy in this delightful baby and these sleepless nights. We are so grateful for all the time we got to spend with these two! Thank you for sharing this time in your life with us!

We were so thrilled for this client to get to have a homebirth in her living room for this second birth with us, after a transfer to the hospital during her first labor. This was a long, hard birth, like her first, and her persistence and strength were amazing. We loved this toddler meeting the new baby moment, just moments after the birth, but, swipe through for some gorgeous labor and immediate postpartum shots.

Welcome to the world, little one! We are so in awe of this client, of all the strength they showed through their long labor (and the weeks and weeks of contractions leading up to labor) and all of the hard decisions they had to make. This single parent was surrounded in so much love by their brother and a couple friends throughout their labor. Here are the most precious newborn shots and some hard working/beautiful labor shots as well. We are so grateful we got to be a part of this huge experience.

Congratulations to this family for welcoming baby number 3 at home recently! This is the third birth that midwife Catherine has had the pleasure of attending for this client and that has been so sweet to get to build relationship over all these years and to see those other babies meeting this new baby!
