Write To Glow Write To Glow features communal free-flow writing practice. Like yoga and meditation, it’s a goalless practice that cultivates mindfulness and acceptance.

Free-flow writing is a writing method where we write to prompts and timer in a stream-of-consiousness fashion. We write past our inner critic (a voice in our head that “protects” us from the perceived dangers of being vulnerable and leaving our comfort zone) and listen to what wants to be expressed at our deepest level. Because the class is communal, we also learn to listen to one another with the intent to connect and understand. Like yoga and meditation, free-flow writing is a goal-less practice that softens the hard edges of stress, chronic busyness, and self-doubt so we can connect more deeply with ourself and others.
