Beautiful Community,
As the seasons shift, so too does our sacred space. The New Wellness Center in Downtown Portland will be gently downsizing at the end of this month. We are releasing Room 409 with gratitude, while continuing to hold Room 408 for intimate 1:1 healing sessions.

Though our group gatherings will no longer be accessible in this space, the medicine continues to flow. We warmly invite you to join us for our final in-person Vibrational Sound Bath in this location—an evening of resonance, release, and renewal.

Sacred Drum Circle
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 12th| 6-8pm @ NEW WELLNESS CENTER
If you are needing space and time to let go of your week with a small cadre of like-minded souls, join us for this experience of rhythms, sound, and energy of the drum.

No prerequisite, experience drumming or training necessary to participate.

Bring your own percussive instrument, ie hand drum, sticks, maracas, tambourine, etc. and join the collective rhythms that will be revealed together as we play and release.

Please come in a timely fashion as the door will close at 6:15pm.
