Hi, I am a Breathwork Metamorphosis facilitator and trainer since 2002. I live in the Portland area and have regularly offered breathwork for 2 decades +. I love to see the transitions in people's lives when they move into 5th dimension consciousness and rewire their programming!

Pam has been leading breathwork for over 25 years and has been a resident of West Linn since 1985. Here she has been operating her educational non-profit, along with leading transformative trainings and breathwork events.

I invite you to join this full day Breathwork Metamorphosis and Transformative Art Process in my private sanctuary in West Linn. I recently wrote about diving deep into shadow work and how self judgement is a behavior created from a place of shame and how that shame has overshadowed our light. Shadow work is a lifetime work that is 90% in our unconsciousness. Breathwork takes us there and helps us experience exactly what our soul needs.

This is hard work and yet it’s the best work. In a time where all is uncertain and chaotic, take the time to go inward, to silence the noise and discover your inner truth. My sanctuary is a loving space allowing you to release and receive, to reclaim your inner peace.

Join me tomorrow, March 15th from 9:30am to 4:30pm at my private sanctuary in West Linn. We breathe then we create our experiences on paper through art. It’s a very special process and this full day workshop allows for us to immerse ourselves and mind as we integrate the experience into this 3d dimension.

This beautiful drum was made by ✨

The wolf represents the teacher for me. He takes me places and he shows me what I need to learn right now. He is always anxiously awaiting when I journey the realms to receive the gives from the Creator that are waiting for me. 🐺

The spider is my community builder and reminds me that is something that I truly enjoy AND she also reminds me to be compassionate and caring without entanglement and enmeshment. This has created a lifelong super power of holding loving space without burnout. She is a perfect match to my highly empathic self….a balance caring and loving and witnessing without responsibility. 🕷️

The snake and the spiral together remind me of the evolutionary process of awakening…always shedding our skins for new growth and that letting go IS letting in. Our view of life is in constant movement and these 2 remind me not to cling as ‘this too shall pass’. 🐍

The aliens are simply those unknown and undefined presences that are assisting us humans with care and curiosity. I don’t need to name or define them as they are part of creation itself. 👽

The drum is the heartbeat and connection to all things. She is earth herself…born of the earth and reminds me that experience is life and as long as I’m not dead, then hell, yes I’m living! 🌎
