Nick Rinard Physical Therapy (formerly Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of Portland (MDT)) in Portland, Oregon, is a small network of Physical Therapy clinics devoted to healing people and giving them the power to heal themselves. Founded in 1999, MDT of Portland was the first Physical Therapy clinic in the Northwest devoted to practicing the MDT Method (including McKenzie Method, Musculo-skeletal Diagnosis and Treatment, Mulligan Mobilization with Movement, and other manual therapy methods). We have two Physical Therapy clinics serving the Portland Metro Area, plus opportunities at Mt. Hood, and remain the only Physical Therapy practice that specializes in the MDT method. "Headache due to muscular skeletal muscle spasm in neck causing left side only headache.

Nick Rinard was able to diagnose and create a treatment plan to reduce the skeletal friction.

I chose Nick Rinard because I had had a good experience there for an unrelated problem in the past.
