Our lovely 25-year-old patient is just 1 month post-revision septoplasty & rhinoplasty with rib cartilage graft! 💫

After a previous nasal fracture and incomplete septoplasty, she struggled with breathing issues and nasal asymmetry. Using a rib cartilage graft, septal reset, and tip/alar refinements, we addressed both function and aesthetics. Swelling will continue to improve, and she’s thrilled with her result!
