Uncle Lars

Cooking has been a lifetime passion of Uncle Lars, and he has been perfecting his vinaigrette salad dressings for over forty years for that good taste.

Uncle Lars has always been a self-described "foodie," in love with various flavors and ingredients from all over the world. Prior to marketing his salad dressings, Lars had a successful marketing career as a partner in an advertising agency in New York City. Lars’ career in advertising took an unexpected turn as the result of a life threatening car crash leaving him in a coma for several weeks. He sustained brain injury, a collapsed lung, multiple broken bones and the loss of his right leg. Once an avid marathoner, now he must get around by using a prosthetic leg. The miracle of medicine has afforded Lars the opportunity of a new beginning. Lars is now fulfilling his life-long dream of creating and making new recipes to please the palette.
