October- January, is what I call the "Fly by crazy season". For many families this can be a stressful time, the fun and joy replaced by stress and fighting. Here are 3 quick tips to make the most of the next few months:

1. Its ok to say NO
Not every event is going to be one that will create memories, over scheduling yourself and your family doesn't do anyone any favors

2. Lower expectations
Changes in routine will more than likely cause some behavior changes in your children. Look at their past week and readjust your expectations. What is reasonable for that day and that given moment/ event

3. Ask for help when you need it, and delegate!
There is no need for you to demonstrate super powers during this time. Rather focus on how you can connect and create memories.
