We are a practice of fully licensed, highly experienced therapists serving adults and couples in our Falmouth and Brunswick offices, as well as via telehealth throughout Maine.

We return your calls and emails! In addition to our competitive self-pay rates, 55 minute sessions (as compared to the industry standard 45 minute sessions), we accept some insurances and LYRA EAP plans.

We accept (varies by therapist) Community Health Options, MaineHealth Aetna plans, Martin's Point Generations Advantage, and US Family Health Plan.
