                                            Hi, I’m Rin. I help people who feel stuck in anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or old patterns that no longer serve them. Whether you’re navigating trauma, life transitions, depression, relationship stress, or just a deep sense of disconnection, I offer a calm and grounded space to slow down, reconnect, and begin healing.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years as a Zen Buddhist monk. That experience deeply shapes my work—I bring presence, mindfulness, and compassion into each session, helping clients explore what’s beneath the surface without judgment or pressure.
My approach is experiential, relational, and trauma-informed. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and somatic mindfulness practices. I’ll work with you to untangle what’s keeping you stuck, and together we’ll create new emotional experiences that help your nervous system relearn what’s safe, what’s possible, and what’s true now.
My goal isn’t just to help you manage symptoms—it’s to help you feel more present, more alive, and more empowered to live with authenticity and ease.
