This is the goal and process, of tapping. We’re first trying to get rid of pain. Because, you know, pain sucks. But as we move along we realize that we can release troubling emotions and pain without diminishing ourselves. We are releasing our ‘engagement’ with our pieces, our components.
And we come around to our wholeness. We are the observer of ourselves. We are both the parts and the whole. The tapestry of who we are contains both light and dark threads. And this is as it should be.
When we embrace the ‘not good parts’ of ourselves by not trying to eliminate them, we accept our full humanity. We gain peace. And when we gain personal peace we become of beacon of peace in the world, we take it with us and radiate it everywhere we go.
