Introduction to Mindful Meditation.
A six week course teaching the basics of how to meditate. Learn how to be present with what is, focusing on the breath, alignment and calming the mind. We will train our minds by practicing non judgmental awareness of whatever is happening, moment to moment, inside and outside of us. No previous meditation experience is necessary. Forty-five minute class that will include basic instructions, guided meditation, and time for questions and feedback. Each attendee will be given the tools to begin or enhance a home meditation practice.
