Groundwater Healing above all offers a way for you to find deeper connection with yourself, the Earth, and the plants through intuitive bodywork and energy work, herbal medicine, embodiment coaching, earth medicine, seasonal healing, and online classes. Bodywork, guided visualizations, energy medicine practices, and herbal healing can facilitate this process of tuning in, allowing us relaxation and grounding, and deeper connection to our authentic selves. When we bring in the Earth's medicine and the wider web of life that we're embedded in to help assist us in our healing, we find profound belonging and sense of ease can arise within our nervous systems.

Blessed Lughnasadh everyone!

While the astrological cross-quarter day is exact on 8/6 this year, this holy-day is often celebrated today, and we are in the throes of this seasonal influence energetically.

We are upon the half way point of the summer season, where summer begins to transition towards Autumn.

Lughnasadh reminds us that life is fleeting.

Reminds us that the expansive days of summer are numbered, and to stretch our bodies out into these warm and laden weeks, to soak in what’s possible. To soak in gratitude for all we’ve been given in this plump time of abundance.

May you feel the warmth and generosity of the Earth today.

May you feel yourself ripening into the fruit of your own maturation, nourishing your seeds of wisdom to pass on.

May you feel gratitude swelling in your heart and filling you up to the brim.

The only picture I captured from this past weekend at gathering. What a beautiful, special, magical weekend.

When we gather in intention like this, with love for one another and deep respect for the land and the nature spirits, I have hope for this world.

Gathering helps us feel a collective resilience, it helps us root into what matters, helps us feel supported and nourished, and gives us inspiration and strength to offer ourselves as love for the world.

This offering changes lives. It is the offering I pour the most energy and time into year after year. And I’m always so amazed by the wisdom that pours out of the participants as they connect to the wider consciousness of their bodies and life.

It is an alchemical cauldron of transformation, depth, and beauty. A process of anchoring into your body’s knowing, getting adept at working with your energy, harnessing your intuitive nature, and opening yourself to the wisdom of the earth and cosmos.

It always unveils, unlocks, or awakens something. Often a deep truth within you, or a deeper knowing of the Self.

Often a sense of being held beyond what you’d previously known. Held by the earth, the plants, the rocks, the elements, and your guides.

Held by your own wider wisdom and a deeper belonging to your own medicine and the earth Herself.

It is so easy to get inundated and dragged down by what’s happening in the world. And so easy to stay stuck in the mental realm, looping in worry and overwhelm. Understandably. So much hurts right now. So much to tend to.

AND. There is a larger power and truth at play here, quietly walking alongside of us, rising up into our feet from the soil, and streaming down from the sky into our lungs, into our light-body.

We have to remember to lean into this relationship with the force of life.

When we do, we charge ourselves up in an instant. We source ourselves in Earth. We source ourselves in the power of the Sun and the Stars and the Cosmic influences.

This remembrance is how we fuel ourselves, how we invigorate ourselves to stay the course of the vision of what’s possible.
