Full Spectrum Support
I have been a birth, postpartum, and full spectrum doula since 2015 and I offer the doula model of unbiased, inclusive, and trauma-informed support for every reproductive choice and outcome. I believe that is your right to advocate for yourself and to make informed choices for your care, no matter what setting you find yourself in or what types of care providers you might find yourself working with. In addition to trainings with CAPPA, ProDoula, and the LA Doula Project, I have also studied massage therapy, polarity therapy, acupressure, Reiki, aromatherapy, flower essences, nutritional healing and other whole body/mind/spirit modalities at both Heartwood Institute (Garberville, CA) and the Holistic Life Institute (Oakdale, CA). Full spectrum doulas offer the doula model of care and support to people across the “full spectrum” of reproductive experiences and pregnancy outcomes – which include live birth, abortion, adoption, miscarriage, stillbirth and early or late term termination for fetal anomalies. You don't have to go through this alone. Support is available for you.
