This is true -and- you don't have to struggle unsupported. I think a lot of people that go into therapy, coaching, and/or plant medicine journey work with a healing intention hope or believe that there is a simple key that will unlock the gate to bliss and ease.

The truth is, it can be more like popping a cork on a champagne bottle...and a lot of things may bubble up before the surface calms. That's the process, and yes - it is absolutely worth it!

Did you know...

Our beliefs are the lense we perceive and react through? It's the formula for all of our ment math, perceptions, and associations. It's how we *know* a+b (likely) = c. It's how we predict behaviors and outcomes. It's the internal "science" we use to take action, protect ourselves, and roll the dice in the direction of certainty or success.

Which means...

If your math is "off" and you are not experiencing the relationships or outcomes you desire - it could be based on a formula we learned very early in our lives. That formula isn't actually bad or wrong; chances are, it worked perfectly fine in the past, but is now (like old software) outdated.

The thing is...

Most of these outdated programs are running in the background of our subconscious like an invisible guidance system. Our beliefs still have our best interests at heart. They "mean" well. They are not our enemy. They are just on autopilot and don't know what they don't know.
