I have trained in Esalen Style (Big Sur Esalen Institute) (2011) , Shiatsu, (2010) Cranial Sacral Therapy (2010), Polarity Therapy (2008), Tui Na (2011) and Swedish
(2008). I am a certified Massage Therapist (CMT)
I draw inspiration from all my training. I base the foundation of my work from Esalen style and Tui Na focus>>>
I'm also fond putting empathizes on Cranial work to release the head .... as this is the place where we hold the most stress. !!!!
..Tui Na is Chinese Medical Massage. I love this style so much as it compliments Esalen (slow and relaxing) with a lighter more vigorous touch, and most effective way to release stagnant energy and move it out; so your pure fresh Chi force can replace it... this is accomplished through pushing down and out the meridian lines. Feels great!~
