ROLLING INTO BALANCE: A ROLLING, 5 ELEMENT ACUPUNCTURE & YOGA NIDRA WORKSHOP

Join us for a deeply rejuvenating 2-hour journey designed to harmonize body, mind, and energy through rolling, acupuncture, and guided Yoga Nidra. Inspired by the wisdom of the 5 Elements of Chinese Medicine, this workshop offers a potent blend of practices to support deep rest and energetic harmony.

What to Expect:

🔹 75 Minutes of Down-Regulating Rolling: Begin with guided self-massage using Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls to release fascial tension, down-regulate the nervous system, and awaken energetic pathways aligned with the 5 Elements. We will be rolling through each of the Acupuncture meridians.

🔹 Restorative Pose with Acupuncture: Transition into stillness as you’re supported in a restorative posture while receiving a complete 25 minute Five-Element acupuncture treatment, made even more powerful from opening and rolling through the meridians before receiving acupuncture. Each point is chosen to invite inner balance and energetic alignment.

🔹 Closing Yoga Nidra: Complete your journey with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation to integrate the experience, deepen rest, and cultivate inner spaciousness. This workshop is ideal for anyone seeking nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and energetic harmony. No prior experience is necessary — just come as you are.

BREATH CORE & PELVIC FLOOR: CONNECT TO YOUR DEEP CENTER

During your exercise classes, do you hear “engage your pelvic floor” and wonder what that really means? Do you find yourself asking “what is the pelvic floor?” and “why does it matter?” Have you been told to “just do your kegels” but feel unsure where to start — or if kegels are even the right solution for you? Maybe you’ve experienced leaking, urgency, or core instability. Or perhaps you’re pregnant or postpartum and curious about how to participate in your favorite movement classes while optimizing your pelvic health. If so, this workshop is for you.

In this 90-minute class, you’ll explore the anatomy and function of your deep core and pelvic floor, discover why your breath matters, and learn how these systems work together to support strength, balance, and ease. You’ll be guided through breath awareness, gentle core activation, and yoga-based movement practices designed to integrate pelvic health into daily life and the classes you already enjoy.

The workshop will close with restorative postures and guided relaxation, giving you space to connect inward and release. You’ll leave with a handout of cues, simple home practices, and resources for continued pelvic health support. This class is open to all bodies and levels — whether you’re seeking healing, curious about your core, or looking to enhance your practice with deeper awareness.
