An intimate, immersive, live performance that surrounds participants with a sea of sounds using Tibetan bowls, quartz bowls, gongs and other soothing instruments that aide in complete body relaxation and deeply meditative states for a quiet mind. Lay back and listen. No yoga is practiced nor meditation experience necessary.
Sound meditations are uniquely played and different each time. They invite you to step out of our busy world, to lay down and feel the deepest relaxation available to the body while also entering Theta brainwave meditative states that offer intuitive guidance, creative problem solving, and emotional healing.
