As a massage therapist, I listen to the needs of your body with inquisitive hands, an open heart, and pure presence. I see massage as a way to remind your body, mind and spirit of its potential to relax, refresh, heal and move freely. Using long flowing strokes I gradually move deeper with gentleness and strength, channeling nature’s energies to release pain, tension and any holding patterns causing imbalances. Each massage session is designed to meet your specific needs. Through this nurturing, relaxing, and therapeutic experience, your body and spirit can realize a greater freedom of movement and ease of being. My special interest is in helping people develop and refine their abilities to listen to, care for and heal on all levels. Emphasizing the importance of slowing down, living a healthy and balanced lifestyle, self-care and nurturing the spirit. In my leisure time I enjoy spending time with my friends, pet rabbit (Ninja), painting, drawing, dancing, reading, meditation and travel.
