Naturopathic physicians help facilitate the body’s inherent ability to restore and maintain optimal health. As a licensed naturopathic physician (ND), I attended a four-year, graduate-level naturopathic medical school and am educated in all of the same basic sciences as an MD, but I have also studied holistic and nontoxic approaches to therapy with a strong emphasis on disease prevention and optimizing wellness. In addition to a standard medical curriculum, I have studied clinical nutrition, homeopathic medicine, botanical medicine, psychology, and counseling. All naturopathic physicians takes rigorous professional board exams to become licensed by the state as a general practice physician.

Every day is a challenge and every day I attempt to make lemonade out of lemons.

How do I know I’m in my forties?

I threw out my back for the first time - so fun. 🥴

My husband ordered us those tiny 1/2 readers so we can read clearly but still be able to look up and not have to take our glasses off. 🤓

Oh, and I love watching birds and talking about the weather now. 🪺🌦️

As my dad says, this getting old thing ain’t for kids.

Thank goodness for naturopathic medicine!!

Supermodels ... they're just like us!

Gisele Bündchen was recently quoted as saying that she chose to consult with a naturopathic doctor to help address her mental health concerns.
