The Weekly Energy Update Podcast is up!

We’re right in the middle of one of the most intense stretches of the year. Four planets (Mercury, Saturn, Neptune, and Pluto) are retrograde, and now Chiron joins the party. Retrograde energy slows everything down so we can pause, reflect, and make changes before moving forward. Chiron retrograde, in particular, stirs up deep emotional and spiritual wounds, not to torture us, but so we can finally heal and move the heck on.

This is your cosmic invitation to slow down, turn inward, and get real about where you are in life without judgment or shame. I felt this energy hard last week when I woke up in the middle of the night knowing I had to change my Spiritual Business class. So I did, adding more mastermind vibes, hands-on work, and shifting dates. That’s what retrograde season is about: adjusting, realigning, and moving forward.

Midweek, things soften 🌸 as Venus moves into Cancer on Wednesday. We’ll crave the company of people who feel like home, deeper emotional connections, and cozy, nurturing spaces. If you’re dating casually, things might naturally get more serious. This is also a perfect time to make your home your sanctuary. Redecorate, rearrange, or simply create comfort so you feel grounded.

On Thursday, Mercury meets the Sun in a Leo Cazimi. ☀️ This is a powerful day in this retrograde cycle. Expect insights, clarity, and messages that help you move forward. Take time to journal, meditate, and listen to what comes through. These moments can be profound, so give yourself the space to receive them.

As we roll into August, we enter an 8-month in numerology 💰 Eight is the number of power, success, and abundance. This is the time to step into leadership, claim your worth, and focus on the money, opportunities, and success you’ve been building toward all year. Everything you do now ripples outward. The world is transforming, but it starts with us. Our growth, courage, and authenticity are what spark the bigger changes we all want to see.

The Weekly Energy Update Podcast is up!

Time keeps moving, and this week on Tuesday, the 22nd, we shift from the watery flow of Cancer into the fiery, bold energy of Leo and the heart of summer. Leo Season is when everything feels alive and abundant. This is our time to step into the spotlight as the main character of our lives, remembering we’re not just the star—we’re the director, writer, casting agent, and set designer of our story.

This Leo Season comes with a lot of reflection energy, thanks to Mercury retrograde in Leo and three other planets retrograde too. All this retrograde energy is pushing us to review our “life movie.” Are we happy with the story we’re telling? Do we love the setting, the people we’ve cast, the plot, and even how we’ve written our own character? Or is it time to rewrite the script into something more joyful, abundant, and magical?

It might not feel easy right now. The second half of July through August 6 is intense—maybe the most challenging stretch of the year. But hang in there, because the energy softens soon. Starting August 6th, a Grand Water Trine brings a wave of ease, and everything will flow more smoothly. Relief is just around the corner.

We also have a New Moon in Leo on Thursday, the 24th. This moon reminds us that the highest vibration of Leo is simplicity. Like the lion, we don’t need to prove or push; we can just be. This New Moon invites us to strip away the noise, release control (especially the control we put on ourselves), and reconnect with what’s real and essential. It’s a powerful reset point to step into a new chapter with confidence and clarity.

With this New Moon, all the retrogrades, and Uranus shaking things up in Gemini, the universe is basically handing us a pause button. It’s saying, “Reflect. Rethink. Reset.” We’re in a 9-year, a year of endings and beginnings, and after all the shifts we’ve been through, it’s time to consciously create what’s next. This Leo Season, let’s own every part of our story and direct our lives like the epic, soul-aligned blockbusters they’re meant to be.
