🎉 I can’t believe it—this is my 400th podcast episode! What a ride it's been! Thank you for listening, sharing, and being on this journey with me. I’m beyond excited to celebrate this milestone!

This 400th episode is landing at the perfect time. This month is like the final chapter of a book, where everything comes together and we close out a massive 9-year cycle. The slate is being cleared so we can begin writing the next book of our lives.

🔮 September is a double-9 month (9 Universal Month in a 9 Universal Year). That’s rare and powerful! Double-9 energy means endings, completions, and release. Old identities, relationships, habits, and even soul contracts are being cleared. Think of it as a spiritual graduation month, wrapping up this era so we can step into something brand new.

🌑 And the astrology backs it up. September brings two Eclipses: a Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces on Sept 7th and a Solar Eclipse in Virgo on the 21st. Eclipses accelerate change, shake things loose, and get us back on track. They’re karmic turning points that can rattle us, but always align us with our true path.

🌌 This first Saturn retrogrades back into Pisces to finish karmic lessons, Mercury moves into its home sign Virgo (bringing clarity and focus, or overthinking if we’re out of alignment), and Uranus retrogrades in Gemini to help peel back the layers of inauthenticity. All of this is building toward the emotional Blood Moon Eclipse next Sunday.

🌱 By the end of September, the eclipses will have shifted our timelines, the Fall Equinox will open new energy, and the 9-year “book” we’ve been writing is finally closed. The most important thing now? Stay grounded, balanced, and open to change. Walks, yoga, meditation, or whatever keeps you steady. The universe is turning the page, and we’re stepping into a brand-new story.

The Weekly Energy Update Podcast is up!

Let’s start by reviewing where we are. Virgo season just started, and we had that super powerful New Moon on Saturday. This year’s astrology has been wild—pulling us into brand-new territory. We made it through that intense Mercury retrograde this summer, and now we’re stepping into eclipse season. And can you believe it? This is the last week of summer! Technically, fall doesn’t start for another month, but Labor Day always feels like the real shift.

This week is the calm before the eclipse storm. Tomorrow, Venus moves into Leo ♌️💖, and she’s here to remind us that we’re allowed to have fun. After so much shadow work and rethinking everything in our lives, Venus in Leo reawakens our joy. Virgo energy helps us get organized and cross things off the list, and Venus in Leo brings the whistle-while-you-work energy, making even the mundane feel fun and light.

Venus in Leo is big, bold, and passionate. Think standing outside someone’s window with a boombox 🎶. It’s flirty, creative, and it pushes us to go after what we want with our whole hearts. Perfect timing as we head into the long Labor Day weekend. This week, spend time with your people, celebrate life, and soak in the last golden moments of summer.

Then on Thursday, we’ve got a rare alignment: Uranus sextile Neptune 🌌. Uranus, the planet of change, and Neptune, the planet of intuition and imagination, are linking up harmoniously. This is big collective energy, it’s like the universe tossing us a cosmic bouquet 💐. Something unexpected and magical may show up, and it’ll feel like being in the right place at the right time.

This week: don’t get stuck in the heavy stuff. Yes, there’s serious energy in the world, but we’re also meant to feel joy, love, and those little sparks of magic. Venus in Leo is here to light us up, and Uranus and Neptune are reminding us that the universe is on our side. The bouquet is already in the air, and it’s on its way to you. 💫

It’s wild that it’s already time for the Fall Women’s Wisdom Circle 🍂✨ … and it’s the last one of the year!

Welcome to Virgo Season ♍✨—or as I like to call it, “get your life together” season. On Friday, the Sun moves out of fiery Leo into grounded Virgo, and just a few hours later, we have a powerful New Moon in Virgo. Virgo season is that bridge between summer and fall. You can feel the shift as the days shorten and the mornings get crisper.

Virgo energy is all about organization, wellness, and self-improvement. It’s the perfect time to get routines in order, make lists, and bring more structure to daily life. Think back-to-school vibes: fresh supplies, cozy sweaters, and a feeling of gearing up for something new. This energy helps calm anxiety and makes us feel more balanced in uncertain times.

This particular Virgo season is supercharged. 🌑 On Aug. 22 we get the first of two Virgo New Moons in a row, and this one falls at 0° Virgo—one of the most potent degrees of the zodiac. It also kicks off eclipse season, opening the eclipse portal that will bring sudden shifts and realign us with our purpose. Add in a rare “Finger of God” aspect pointing to destiny, and we’ve got a cosmic cocktail for profound new beginnings.

A New Moon at 0° Virgo is a blank slate. The retrogrades have helped us clear out outdated beliefs, and now it’s time to start fresh. A great ritual is writing down what you’re ready to release and symbolically letting it go—like sending it up in a sky lantern. ✨ This is a time to plant new seeds and embrace the unexpected changes coming our way.

To work with Virgo’s energy, make lists, check things off, and focus on practical steps, whether that’s decluttering, improving wellness routines, or wrapping up summer fun before fall arrives. Remember, even simple tasks can become a spiritual practice when we do them with presence. As the old saying goes: “Before enlightenment, chop wood, carry water. The Weekly Energy Update Podcast is up!

We made it, friends! 🙌 Mercury retrograde ends Monday the 11th, which means clearer thinking, fewer tech glitches, and the green light to move forward. That post-retrograde “shadow phase” is still here for a bit, but things that felt stuck are finally shifting. After the wild ride of this summer, it feels so good to be heading toward something new.

The real showstopper this week is Tuesday the 12th, one of the luckiest days of the year, when Venus (love, beauty, connection) meets Jupiter (luck, abundance, expansion) in Cancer 🦀. This only happens in Cancer once every 12 years, and it’s lining up perfectly with Mercury going direct and the last day of the Lion’s Gate Portal. Talk about perfect timing! Expect big boosts in love, relationships, finances, and just falling in love with life again.

And the magic doesn’t stop there. This week also brings the peak of the Perseid meteor shower, with 60–100 shooting stars an hour between August 9–13. Spiritually, the Perseids are like a cosmic cleanse, burning away old patterns and supercharging your wishes. Plus, we’ve got a six-planet parade in the sky and a chance to catch the northern lights. It’s basically the universe’s firework finale.

Yes, Saturn, Neptune, and Pluto are still retrograde, but since they’re outer planets, they’re shaping the collective more than your personal day-to-day. Think big shifts in political, economic, and social systems—deep stuff being brought to the surface so it can finally heal. But the intense summer stretch? It’s winding down, and it’s time to breathe again.

So this week, lean into joy. Go on a date, plan something romantic with your partner, cozy up your home, or just sit under the night sky and remember how magical it all is. We’ve earned this moment. Let it refill your cup before the next chapter begins. 🌙✨
