My approach is a gentle one- I aim to work with your body to create change, not forcing it. It's been a whole year since my last day at work, and oh my, what a year! Reflecting back on pregnancy and birth, to becoming a mother and a stay at home parent, just wow. It's a wild journey; both the best thing ever and the most challenging. I'm grateful to have a happy and healthy kiddo.
