Life has been full lately…full of beautiful things and moments we want to show up for, but even the good things ask something from us. Yoga helps bring us back to the present moment and recalibrate.

This class is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and refill your cup. Whether Mother’s Day feels joyful, tender, complicated, or somewhere in between, there is space for you here.

Tonight’s class will not be held, and it’s entirely in the name of joy… and living.

I talk often about how the small moments are, the ones that matter. And lately, life has been moving fast, beautiful, full, but fast. With my older daughter just home from college, I’m choosing to press pause… to step off the go-go-go merry-go-round and be fully present with my children.

There will be tacos, in honor of cinco de mayo, laughter, and the kind of time you can’t get back.

So tonight, I am stepping out of the rhythm of doing and into the practice of simply being.

If this lands for you, or even stirs a little resistance, it may be your invitation to pause, too.

I love each and every one of you, I’m so grateful for this community!

I’ll meet you back on your mats Saturday morning at 9:30, refreshed, grounded, and ready to offer you my fullest self.☮️💕

I don’t know about you, but my Saturday is packed, in the best way! All good things, all things I want to show up for… but wow, it’s a busy one.

And the one thing I know will keep me grounded, breathing, and feeling like myself (even when the time crunch kicks in)… is yoga.

So if your weekend feels a little full too, and you need a moment to land, to move, to exhale, come join me on the mat this morning at 9:30.

To me yoga feels a lot like a hike…
It’s not always about the destination.�For me it’s simply about being in the experience, the steadiness of my breath, the rhythm of each step, how my thoughts get quieter and quieter.
Yes, some hikes lead to breathtaking views, but if you’re honest, the real magic is often on the way back out.
Something in you has shifted, even just a little. Your body feels lighter.�Your breath comes easier.�Your thoughts are finally still.
It’s the same trail… the same trees…�but you’re seeing it all from a new angle.
The downhill feels easier on the body.�There’s a knowing, I did the thing I set out to do.
And then… that sweet moment of taking off your hiking boots, that full body exhale.
It’s a little like savasana.
The joy isn’t just in where you’re going, it’s in the doing, the noticing, the letting go that happens along the way.
Tonight’s 5:30 class is an invitation to move through your practice just like that.�No rush. No pressure. Just one breath, one shape at a time.

No class today, friends 💛

I’m in Syracuse NY, cheering on my daughter at her University of New Hampshire woodsman team spring meet… and WOW, spring sports really build character 😅

Nothing like sitting in a chair, wrapped in layers, questioning your life choices while watching a 100% chance of rain play out in real time. Seriously considering becoming one of those people with the little zip-up chair pods that fully cocoon you from the elements 😂

You’re not alone. I know that space well.

Tonight, we acknowledge it, without getting stuck there.
We notice the habits, the patterns, the pull to caretake… and then, for one hour, we set it all down.

This practice is your space to come back to you.
To feel what’s yours. To move in a way that supports you. To breathe without managing anyone else’s experience.

You don’t have to take care of anyone else here.
