If you’re ready to gently come back to yourself after 48 hours of winter hibernation, join me tomorrow night at 5:30pm.

Not fixing. Not striving. Just arriving.

Wild Calm is a one-day women’s retreat created for nervous systems that are tired, hearts that hold a lot, and souls craving space to breathe.
A pause from the noise. A return to what’s true.

This is for the woman navigating change, healing, transition, or simply the weight of everyday life.
Not to become someone new, but to remember who you already are beneath it all.
