Reiki One certified and a full circle blessing! This is Mary Beth and she came to see me after going to one of my students to receive reiki Katie Samay🥰
I thought it was so wonderful that my student was giving her and her daughter treatments and then I was able to do her Reiki training . Some of you probably don't know. My name was Mary Beth until I was 14 years old when I changed it to just Mary when I entered middle school so I loved that we shared that connection. ❤️ So excited to for her to share her Reiki with potential people in recovery and her family and friends.

Flash back Friday fun!
Back in 2010 I taught Ahlyisen's early childhood teacher Reiki One training.
Now fast forward 14 years later we wrapped up Virginia Dearani level 3 Reiki master training ! What a beautiful full circle. She has done so much work installing peace work Roots & Fruits
and continues healing for her students & community. Can't wait to see the continued spiritual path unfolding ❤️

Super excited to have my Mineral Magic Oracle deck in the three of the stores Stamford, Greenwich, Westport of Crystals Unlimited LLC !!! Best part I walked in and a customer saw the deck and thought they were beautiful and I said paula card. She pulled the card Jade she started freaking out.
I can't believe this my friend gave me this Jade ring last week which is on her thumb and told me that I needed it. Powerful stuff 💚

Congratulations to these incredible women today who decided to up their reiki practice to Reiki master Level 3!!!
What a day filled to the brim with overflowing energy practicing reiki attunements & distance reiki sessions and group healings. Everyone brought their authentic self's and I'm so beyond grateful to continue doing the work training more healers to help in the world. Yoga teachers,
Those who work in the medical field in neurology and helping children , people who help children with disabilities, those who want to work in the community, helping cancer patients, and depositing positive energy & compassion to our world❤️💯🙏🏽

Back in my college days I took a women's study course at University of Southern Maine. One of the students in my class eventually became my first Reiki Teacher three years later.
Atmananda Valerie Light Trautlein.
Who I trained with for a year and also gave me reiki in the hospital when I delivered my son. For 10 years I was very active being a Reiki Practitioner.
I was the first reiki volunteer at Maine Medical Hospital and helped create the reiki program & I started another reiki clinic for Cancer Community center which is now the Dempsy Center. I also ran another clinic for 10 years at Leapin Lizard Metaphysical store. I have been coming to USM now as a guest speaker for Allison Gray holistic health class she
is a wonderful person offering me this opportunity & I have been speaking to her students for 10 years!
I found it so funny today that I was back in the halls of Luther Bonney.
I had been asked to come in to do an energy clearing for that building by one of the professors years prior
Nancy Richeson. Full circle!!!
These students today were so intrigued & asked so many questions & loved practicing the Reiki hand positions.
I felt so happy warmed by their openness to tap into healing space 🙏🏽💯❤️

Cenote crawling into this hidden place left me mystified & struck my core swimming in this enchanted cave.
I was able to snorkel in and give my first reiki attunement to Lindsey in a crystal cave. We both were so moved & felt this incredible energy stay with us for days and I know for years to come. Sacred & so very thankful for this experience🙌🏼
There under the lip
Of your elder rock crust I crawled
into the cavern of your heart
Bursting with crystal light reflection on jewled teal jade waters
I sank into the depths of your slowing breath
Beneath I burrowed and submerged my heart
Sacred time formed within me
Absorbing into my skin and cells dripped from the umbrella roof into my mouth and sang like a holy river
Of purity a gift of silent beauty
Your elemental richness balances my soul to bow to you ❤️

It is an absolute privilege to be able to teach the beautiful healing art of
Reiki every single time over the past 20 years it always is so incredible to watch people respond to energy medicine. There are so many reasons why people are being called to learn how to balance out energy and help themselves in so many ways.
This class was super special as I got to attune my friend who used to live below me in Portland for many years we've known each other for 20 years🙌🏼
