💚The second photo was half way through the night after visiting with friends. For this photo I intentionally thought about and how much I love doing life with her. LOOK AT THAT GREEN!!! Heart vibes! 💚

🐄 dairy is often one of the big contributors to f*ck up a menstrual cycle!

If you consume cow’s dairy and are dealing with PMS symptoms, painful periods, acne (+ various other skin conditions), and/or migraines, give it up for a bit and see how you feel! Often clients notice results within one menstrual cycle! 🌕🌖🌗🌘🌒🌓🌔

I admire the confidence of this cat. She’s assertive and persistent (esp at 4am or when she hears the butter wrapper). She’s unapologetically affectionate or aloof depending on HER mood. She experiences life without shame. Zooms all over the house when she’s “in-a-way”.

She puts herself first.

She cares for herself.

She takes no s**t.

I strive to be more like her.

From a Chinese Medicine perspective, the uterus and the heart are directly connected through a vessel called the Bao Mai (uterus vessel). Part of healing the menstrual cycle is also healing the heart.

Learning to nourish my own tender heart has inadvertently helped me heal my menstrual cycle.

I’m learning the ways of a cat. Embracing this year of the water tiger. 🐯🌈💛
