Pearl Foot & Ankle is a growing, physician-led podiatry group with three thriving clinics across the Portland area.
We combine the strength of our practitioners with an experienced admin team that provides full backend support — so you can focus on delivering outstanding patient care.
Our medical leadership is led by Dr. Timothy Mineo, DPM, FACFAS, who is a recognized leader in podiatric medicine and is passionate about mentoring the next generation of providers.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Base Salary: $110k – $135k
Fast ramp to $150k–$225k+ total comp within 3–12 months
Bonus structure tied to collections and performance
Defined partnership track with equity opportunities

Comprehensive foot and ankle surgery and full-spectrum care:
Advanced reconstructive surgery, including TARs
Trauma management
Arthroscopy
