Thank you for your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times. We are happy to announce that on Monday April 27th, 2020 we will be reopening Elevation Chiropractic and Rehabilitation! We want to be here for your healthcare needs and are continuing to be proactive with our safety procedures. With patient safety in mind, we have updated our clinic procedures for our re-opening, with some examples listed below:

• Providers and staff will be wearing masks, and encourage patients to wear some type of mask as well.
• The waiting area has been eliminated. Patients are to wait in their vehicle until their appointment time, at which time our front desk will call and give specific instructions for entry.
• Prior to entering the clinic, all patients and staff will answer a virus questionnaire and have their temperature taken.
• After treatment the patient is to go directly to their vehicle, where they will be contacted by the front desk about taking a phone payment and scheduling.
• Rigorous sanitizing will continue to be utilized before and after each patient.
• Provider’s schedules have been adjusted to have extra time blocked out after each patient, to allow extra time for sanitizing, and minimize patient overlap/maintain social distancing.
• Providers are open limited days/hours compared to our previous treatment schedules.

We are committed to our patient care and safety, and will continue to re-evaluate our safety procedures. We will post these procedures on our website, www.tigardchiropracticandrehab.com, as well as any updates to them. All of us at Elevation Chiropractic and Rehabilitation want to be here for your needs, and ask that you continue to stay safe and take care of those around you.

In order to protect our patients, staff, and the general public, Elevation Chiropractic and Rehabilitation will be closed for several weeks. Amid the Coronavirus pandemic this is the best way we can help “flatten the curve.”

At this point we cannot give a specific date on when we will re-open. We are hoping for a mid-April re-opening date, but this will depend on multiple factors.

When we re-open we will do our best to let everyone know by posting to our website as well as other platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and our Google Business Profile. Additionally we will reach out directly to those patients whose visits were cancelled when we are open again.

We will be not be checking voicemails during our closure, but we will intermittently be checking our other forms of communication, so we ask that you remain patient with us in regards to our response time.

Please stay safe and take care of yourself and those around you. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Doughnut peaches!! Almost as decadent as actual donuts 😁🍩. Thanks to one of our wonderful patients, we appreciate it so much! At Elevation Chiropractic and Rehabilitation we gladly accept all major credit cards....as well as delicious in-season fruit!
