Ah, Sunday mornings are for coffee on the sunporch with a good book. I've already learned so much from Ian Harvey through his excellent technique videos he's posted on YouTube over the years. Finally time to dig into his book. Also, I love the title😄

Lately I have noticed people being really hard on themselves. I have heard clients blame themselves for their injuries and harshly criticize themselves. I understand, I've done it to myself, too.
But...I have also noticed that my body is much happier when I show myself kindness and love. Why not try to show yourself the compassion and care that you deserve?
