Its time to gather ingredients!
The weather’s cooling, and the kids are back in school, which means lots of exposure to all the germs. 🙃 One of my favorite ways to keep our immune systems strong this time of year is with a big pot of homemade herbal chai.
Last year I kept this recipe simmering on the stove all winter long, and my kids loved it. (Honestly? They picked it over hot chocolate. That’s how good it is!) The best part is that it’s not just tasty, it’s packed with immune-boosting herbs that warm the body and support wellness through the fall and winter months.
