According to the decorations at Fred Meyer, it's the holidays already, and despite the excitement of the season- we can't deny that this can be a particularly stressful time of year for many of us. I'm offering some lovely holiday deals to help you check-off some holiday shopping for loved ones and most importantly, to take care of yourself!

**Gift certificates - $60 for 60 minutes & $90 for 90 minutes

**All of January 60 minute appointments will be sliding scale optional! ($45-80)

Appointments are all Thai massage, available Saturdays 12-5 at Seva Yoga (First two Saturdays of January I will not be available). Gift certificates must be purchased between today and December 31st to qualify for the discount and I would prefer them to be used within one calendar year from date of purchase. Hey everyone, I'm excited to announce I'll be taking Thai massage appointments Saturdays at Seva Yoga in SE Portland starting September 10th. Even more exciting, every SECOND Saturday of each month will be sliding scale- because getting the care you need shouldn't break your bank. Each sliding scale appointment will be 60 minutes and scale is $45-80. You can book through the site www.sevayogaportland.com/massage (site is not live yet) or by contacting me through the information on the posted flyers. And if you did your math, yes, September 10th will be a sliding scale day :)

My regular hours at Khalsa Pain Relief Clinic have not changed, you can still see me there Tuesday/Thursdays for Thai, Wednesday afternoons for table massage, must book by contacting the clinic.

The tides are changing again... I'm pleased to announce I'll be available for weekend appointments at Khalsa Pain Relief Clinic, as well as extending my Thai massage availability during the regular office hours as I take on managing the massage department.
*I will be available through the office's regular hours:
Tuesday and Thursday 8-2 for Thai massage
Wednesday 2-6 for table massage

**Weekend scheduling is on demand basis, please coordinate with me whether you are wanting Thai or table to make sure the equipment will be available and enough time allotted in the schedule. Not every weekend will be available, so schedule in advance to make sure you can get in. Appointments fill up quick.

My rates will reflect that of the clinic:
30 min - $40
45 min - $60
60 min - $70
90 min - $110

Please call or text my cell to schedule outside of office hours, call the clinic to schedule during their hours. Weekend appointments fill up quick so make sure to book in advance
