I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has worked in a variety of settings, providing mental health and substance use treatment for over thirty years. I firmly believe that the right mix of a person’s readiness and the style and skill of a therapist can help people make tremendous change in their lives. I draw upon a variety of relationship based counseling approaches and incorporate recent developments in our understanding of the brain and body, to help people better know themselves and move towards increased happiness. We can work together to explore difficult situations and identify solutions I am interested in how people feel, think and behave.
