FIRST-DEGREE REIKI CLASS - FOLSOM, CA
NOVEMBER 7TH, 8TH, 9TH

Please join me in learning first-degree Reiki. Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power," and Ki which is "life force energy.” Reiki is "spiritually guided life force energy." Learn the traditional way of practicing Reiki, taught the way Mrs. Hawayo Takata learned and taught it based on the teachings of Usui Shiki Reiki Ryoho.

Learn - the history of Reiki, the Five (5) Precepts (which are the foundation of the practice), how to give yourself a Reiki treatment and how to give Reiki treatments to others (even children and animals).

Friday - November 7th - 6pm-8pm

Saturday - November 8th - 9am-4pm

Sunday - November 9th - 9am-4pm

Today's "harvest moon" is the full moon closest to the autumnal equinox and is named for its historical significance to farmers.

Before artificial light, this moon's bright light, which rises around the same time as sunset for several nights, allowed farmers to continue harvesting crops late into the night to bring them in before winter.

Spiritually, it's a time for gratitude, celebrating abundance, releasing what is no longer needed, and reflecting on accomplishments.
