Hatha Yoga (7:00-8:00 AM): This practice blends grounding principles and fluid movement; moving mindfully through postures that build strength, flexibility, and awareness while connecting breath to movement.

Sustainable Strength Yoga (1:00-2:00 PM): In this class, you'll cultivate sustainable strength, flexibility, and fluidity in ways that support the nervous system and replenish rather than deplete.

Slow Flow Yoga (4:45-6:00 PM): This class is ideal for those seeking to build strength through slow, focused flow while also creating space for nervous system balance, breath awareness, and unwinding.

Qigong originated in ancient China and is practiced in many styles; this class teaches "Jining Qigong" or "Tendon and Channel Qigong" and focuses on creating a healthy flow of Qi and blood through the channels, muscles, and joints.
