Feeling stressed? Experiencing back pain or shoulder pain? Need a nap?
Try doing Static Back for 5-15 minutes. Lie down on your back with your legs bent at 90 degrees and supported on a chair or couch. Make sure you get your butt in close to the couch and leg your legs completely relax. You want to allow your knees to flop out (but if they flop out a lot you probably need to put a pillow under your legs to raise them up a little more). Place your arms out to your sides at 45 degrees with your palms up. Breathe and relax every muscle in your body. Notice how your lower back and shoulders will sink into the floor the longer you stay in this position.
