Everything around us began as a thought, and then became a thing in our reality. Our thoughts are important & powerful. Thought hygiene begins first thing in the morning, and open ended questions can be great big game changers. If you’re curious, try starting every day this week with an open ended question. Do it as soon as you wake up, before thinking about your schedule, checking your email or social media, or eating breakfast. Examples: what is the greatest expression of myself that I can be today? What is possible today? How can I contribute to my life and the lives of others today? How much better can it get? Without efforting to answer the question, just pose the question, and see what happens. According to the quantum model of reality, small changes can produce exponential effects. ✨💫🌟💫✨

The practice of mindfulness can be simple & effective for easing anxiety & leveling out your mood and state of mind. Try this simple practice and see what happens!

Throughout the day, when you feel your mood shift into irritation, anger, anxiety, sadness, or some other shift, take a deep breath and bring your awareness to your feet. Consciously come into right now, this moment. Feel your feet on the floor, feel your chair supporting you (if you’re seated). Take a deep breath. Open your eyes.

This is a great way to interrupt negative thought patterns - consciously bringing your awareness to the present moment, how your body feels, and paying attention to your breath.

Our Story

I'm Kimber Savage, Chiropractor, Vinyasa Yoga Instructor and owner of Savage Wellness.

I received my Doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Western States in 2020, and opened my clinic in October 2020. I am a board eligible Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board, which means I use the approach of functional neurology in my chiropractic practice. This is a unique approach to conditions such as dizziness, vertigo, concussion, traumatic brain injury, migraines, Parkinson’s Disease and many others. I use a variety of brain-based therapies to address the central causes of disease and dysfunction.

I have been practicing yoga since 2005 and have discovered incredible healing and transformation along this path. I completed my teacher training with Les Leventhal at Yoga Tree San Francisco, and am a Yoga Alliance Certified teacher. I believe that yoga is for everyone! Yoga is not about what you look like doing it, its about how you feel during and after your practice. I offer private yoga sessions, in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Perfect for beginners, seasoned practitioners, athletes, masters (60+), teens...EVERYONE! PM me for yoga scheduling.
