South Tabor Family Physicians LLP is a family practice clinic located in Southeast Portland. Established in 1958, the clinic has a long history of caring for families living in Portland and surrounding communities. A team of eleven providers along with a registered dietitian currently serve the clinic's patients through medical care and patient education. On-site laboratory and limited x-ray facilities offer added convenience for patients. Evening and weekend appointments are also available at South Tabor Family Physicians.

Our Story

South Tabor Family Physicians LLP is a family practice clinic located in Southeast Portland. Established in 1958, the clinic has a long history of caring for families living in Portland and surrounding communities. South Tabor is a Patient Centered Primary Care Home, offering comprehensive care for individuals of all ages. We currently have a team of nine providers as well as in-house Behaviorist services, Diabetes Education, Allergy therapy, Case Management and Social Resource services. South Tabor also has an on-site laboratory and limited x-ray facilities for added convenience to patients. We are open 7 days a week with extended weekday hours so that we can always offer you an appointment, often on the same day. Please think of us for your healthcare needs!
