Margaret Vaillancourt is a licensed massage therapist and graduate of the New Hampshire Institute for Therapeutic Arts with over 11 years of experience in the field. While she enjoys working with all types of clients, she finds her work most meaningful when helping those who are going through grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, and chronic stress.
Margaret has always been passionate about helping others feel better about themselves, especially when they're going through life-changing experiences. This passion deepened when she watched her grandmother go through a terminal illness and saw how it affected not just her grandmother, but everyone who loved her. She realized that grief and stress don't just stay in our hearts and minds; they show up in our bodies too. This experience, combined with her training, has helped her understand what her clients go through and now allows her to create a comfortable space where they can find relief from both the physical and emotional weight they're carrying.
What matters most to Margaret is building trust with her clients. She takes time to understand each person's unique needs, wanting them to know that it's okay to be vulnerable and to need help, and that they don't have to go through their healing journey alone.
