My areas of specialty include relational issues, depression, anxiety, phase-of-life/transitional issues, trauma, family of origin issues, low self esteem, grief/loss, and chronic illness. Relational issues include: high conflict couples, communication problems, pre-marital counseling, infidelity, addiction issues, separation, co-dependency, and divorce adjustment. In addition to my practice, I am also an adjunct professor of Biology at Portland State University.
