My name is Daniel Monroe and I have been blessed with an amazing gift to communicate with our loved Daniel Monroe grew up being different and a outcast.

His upbringing wasn’t the easiest being the youngest of seven siblings and parents, who to this day can not accept him for being him and at times were abusive. He faced being bullied in and out of school and abandonment issues. At the age of 17 Daniel Monroe took himself out from that surrounding and found his true self and his full potential and within him he found he is a gifted young psychic medium. Now only being 19 years old, Daniel Monroe has helped not only himself but over 500 people reconnect with their loved ones by validations, bringing peace and understanding. Daniel Monroe not only has faced his struggling past but has seen what lies on the other side and our passed loved ones. Daniel Monroe has dedicated himself to help as many people he possibly can, if that being reconnecting you with your departed loved ones or by you hearing his story and finding comfort and peace within yourself, knowing you are not alone! ✨ Sitting here at my reading table, I can’t help but feel such deep gratitude. ✨

This space has held countless stories, tears, laughter, and healing moments. Every time a client sits across from me, I’m reminded of how truly sacred it is to be trusted with their heart, their loved ones’ messages, and their journey.

One thing I get asked all the time is: “Daniel, how do you know if it’s your guides, your angels, or your loved ones showing up?” And the truth is, I had to learn this the same way you do—by feeling, listening, and building trust over time.

For me, here’s what I’ve discovered:
✨ 𝗠𝘆 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀. They don’t sugarcoat it. Their energy is grounding, direct, and sometimes even a little pushy when they know I’m not listening. They’ll nudge me in a direction until I finally say “okay, I get it.”
✨ 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁. Their energy is HUGE, radiant, and filled with peace. When I feel them, it’s like I’m wrapped in warmth, and my chest literally feels lighter. They show up most when I need protection or deep comfort.
✨ 𝗠𝘆 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗿. Their energy is personal—like hearing a laugh I know, smelling a cologne, or feeling a hand on my shoulder. They bring through memories, validation, and little signs that remind me, “I’m still here with you.”

🌿 Why this matters:
Because when you know who’s connecting with you, you stop doubting yourself. You trust the experience. And you start to realize just how supported you really are—by wisdom, by divine love, and by family who never left your side.

💡 Tips that have helped me connect more clearly:
𝗜 𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘀𝗸, “W𝗵𝗼’𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗺𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄?” Then I trust the first feeling that comes—guides are firm, angels are soft but powerful, loved ones are personal and heart-centered.
𝗜 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗮 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹. Anytime I sense a message, I write down what I felt and who I believed it was from. Over time, this became my proof.
𝗜 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝘀. A candle for my guides, prayer for my angels, and photos or objects that belonged to my loved ones. These open the doorway for deeper connection.
𝗜 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗘𝗘𝗟 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴. Spirit is subtle—it’s rarely loud or obvious. When I dropped the need for it to be “perfect,” my connections got stronger.

If I’m being honest… balance is something I’ve had to learn the hard way. There are seasons where I’ve poured so much into my work or into others that I forgot to leave anything for myself. And in those moments, Spirit always reminds me: you can’t pour from an empty cup. 🌿

What I’ve come to realize is that balance isn’t about everything being 50/50 or “perfect.” It’s about listening to yourself and making room for what your soul actually needs. Some days that means rest, some days it means showing up fully, and some days it’s just giving yourself grace for where you’re at. 💛

Here are a few little reminders that help me find my center:
✨ Pause & Check-In – Ask yourself: Am I giving too much in one area and not enough in another?
✨ Protect Your Energy – It’s okay to say no—not from guilt, but from self-love.
✨ Schedule Joy – Balance isn’t only about responsibility. It’s also about making room for fun, laughter, and love.
✨ Honor Rest – Rest is not weakness. Rest is where Spirit speaks the loudest.

💫 Message from Spirit:
“Dear one, your life is not meant to be lived in extremes. Balance is the bridge between peace and purpose. When you give as much love to yourself as you give to others, your spirit will soar, and the path ahead will become clear.” 🕊️
