Meditation = I would go so far as to say that I'm anti-meditation. I was a dedicated meditator for over 15 years. Received a mantra yada, yada. I stopped when I was going through some sh*t...and realized it was creating way more harm than good.
What is going on right now....maybe not a great time to take up meditation..
If you are stressed out, anxious, frozen, meditation is not really helpful (gotta say, IMO and in my experience). What is helpful is:
Walking/hiking
Dancing
Drumming
Singing
Expressing in some creative way
