This is 40!

Nothing about turning 40 bothers me, but it has caused me to reflect on all the amazing things I have in my life… wonderful family, two crazy awesome boys, a steadfast partner, ride or die friendships, a body that allows me to do all the fun and challenging things I demand of it, a job I love, a beautiful place to call home. These are blessings at any age.

My body definitely doesn’t feel the same as it did when I was younger. I have white hair, loose skin, cellulite, and back pain often, but I feel confident and strong and more comfortable in my body than ever before.

I can’t wait to see what the next 40 years bring!
