What’s the secret to lasting sustainability? Making it easy and making it work for you! Even minor shifts can make your earth-friendly choices align with your routine in a way that feels natural, uncomplicated, and refreshingly supportive.

Create a “period station” near your bed (a nightstand drawer is perfect) where all your period supplies live together—pads, carry bag, heating pad, pain reliever, etc. With everything in one spot, you won’t be left hunting, especially in the night, when you have the least energy for it.

Only 1/3 of residency OBGYN programs offer training on menopause, even though half the population experiences it. No wonder we're all so unprepared for and confused by these mysterious symptoms!

But 13 states are working on menopause related legislation this session. So things are changing out there! It's going to require all of us to keep talking about our experiences though. As with anything, the more we normalize taboo topics, the more attention they'll finally get in mainstream healthcare.
