Sarga Sundays! I will be taking volunteers starting in January every other Sunday to practice for my Sarga certification in deep footed myofascial bodywork. It’s been a couple months since I’ve practiced so I may be a little rusty at first!

I’m not big on words, especially when talking about myself but here it goes… Sugar Magnolia Massage just had its 9th anniversary! I opened this business in August of 2015 taking a very small & calculated risk while still working as Lead LMT at Elements Massage of Wilsonville. During my first year of being open I was able to eventually leave my job with the help of using Groupons to get people in my door. Thank goodness that avenue was fruitful! 9 years later, many of those clients are still with me today. I am forever grateful for those relationships and loyal customers. 🤗

Now days I take a lot of insurance clients, and a good majority of my schedule is filled with intra-oral appointments for people who suffer from TMJD issues. I specialize in head, neck, & jaw work. I love to perform cupping, and gua sha when needed! Recently I’ve started training to get certified in Sarga work, a barefoot modality. 👣

Oddly enough, a lot of laughter comes out of my treatment room. I love to joke around & laugh. I am so fortunate to share this repertoire with many of my clients. Although we get down to serious business when necessary! I don’t mess around. 💪

I wasn’t sure in the beginning of my career if this would stick, but life has a funny way of working out. I can honestly say I love my job, I love the healing arts field and I love my clients. This career has changed me for the better as a human. And it’s going to continue to. Cheers everyone! Let’s thrive on. Upward & onward ✨
