We ❤️ our Cool Pool!

What is the Cool Pool? We sent out a survey to our client community to hear what you all thought about having the soaking tub at a lower temp during the hottest months. Many people expressed support of this idea, so we are trying it out this summer! Here’s how it works:

From July 15 - August 31, the tub will be at the following temperatures:
💙10am - 7pm: low 90 degrees
💜7pm - 10pm: 104 degrees (our usual tub temp)

Come take a dip in our refreshing tub! We still have our sauna at its usual toasty temps to warm you up, and we have also set up misters and shade covers for the summertime. ✨🛁

We are really excited about some new seating in our lobby! With a weight capacity of 700 lbs, this beautiful bench offers more accessible seating for a range of different body sizes. Thanks to our staff and practitioners for being models to show off the bench, and shout out to ***rjoyfloralspdx for the gorgeous bouquet!

Do you have questions about the accessibility of our facilities? See link in bio to read our full accessibility statement. If you have an access need to use our services, please let the front desk know! Many of our practitioners can offer accommodations such as:

🌟Scent-free or dry massage
🌟Wearing a mask during your session

🌟Weight capacity info for massage tables

Views of the skies from our courtyard have been stunning recently. ⛅️✨🌈 Come cloud-watch in our all-ages, all genders, clothing optional bathhouse! Check out our bathhouse Affinity Hours if you prefer to soak with people who share your identity. We offer dedicated hours for trans people, BIPOC, QTBIPOC, women, fat folks, and LGBTQ+ folks (see link in bio for info). Whatever time you choose to come, we are excited to welcome you to this special healing space.

Happy Pride! Looking for a way to support LGBTQ+ youth in the community this summer? Common Ground is a drop-off site for donations to ***ryouthccc!

When you come for your soak or wellness session, why not bring an item or two to donate? Needed supplies include: sunscreen, water bottles, electrolytes, toilet paper, menstrual products, deodorant, tooth brush/ paste, and gender-affirming items such as binders, packers, makeup, and clothes! Thanks for helping us to show up for q***r and trans youth! 🪥💕✨

Happy Pride! 🌈✨💕We are excited to announce some new pop-up Affinity Hours! Join us on Monday, Aug 11 / Tuesday, Sept 30 / Thursday, Nov 6. All dates: 7pm - 10pm (last hour is silent).

LGBTQ+ Hours are a space for people who are a part of the LGBTQ+ and/or q***r communities. This includes people who are le***an, gay, bi, pan, trans, nonbinary, q***r, questioning, intersex, ace, and 2-Spirit. Those who self-identify with these and other q***r identities are welcome to attend.

We are excited to be offering some pop-up bathhouse Fat Hours in 2025. We’ve had so many folks book so far, so we are going to be adding another date!

Fat Hours will take place on Tuesday, April 29 from 7:00pm - 10:00pm (last hour is silent), Tuesday July 29 from 7:00pm - 10:00pm (last hour is silent) and Tuesday, December 30 7:00pm - 10:00pm (last hour is silent).

Please note, online booking is NOT available for Affinity Hours - call (503) 238-1065 to book. If needed for accessibility, email frontdesk@cgwc.org to book.

Fat Hours are a space for people living in larger bodies. This includes people who are small fat, mid fat, super fat, infini-fat, and / or plus size. Those who self-identify as any of the above are welcome to attend these hours. During these hours, bathhouse capacity will be reduced to ensure folks have room to take up the space they need.

Our bathhouse features a salt water chlorinated soaking pool with jets and a dry cedar sauna in an enclosed outdoor courtyard.

We are an all gender and swimsuit-optional bathhouse that offers a safe, non-sexual, judgement free environment to rejuvenate your spirit. Many people combine a soak/sauna with a wellness session for a powerfully healing experience.

Bring your ID, a non-glass water container, your own towel or rent one of ours and melt the stress away.
