Happy National Feed the Birds Day! We made our very own bird feeders for a beautiful courtyard! This fun activity not only is good for our fine motor skills, and it also gives us purpose by providing food for all the birds that visit us!

Every morning, we enjoy our exercise class! We love to get our blood pumping to start our day. Our mind and bodies benefit greatly from regular exercise. Our bodies move better and feel better. Our brains release endorphins to lift our mood and can sharpen our thought process. We can feel more independent and confident in ourselves. We love to find new ways to stay active!
