Last night, the TPM team had the pleasure of attending a hands on wood sign workshop at Board & Brush in Portsmouth!✨

From distressing and sanding to drilling and painting 🎨, we got to customize our projects every step of the way! A special thank you to Kami for your guidance and support throughout the workshop 🙌.

Thank you 🙌this was a wonderful evening of creativity, teamwork, and appreciation. We truly enjoyed spending this time together as a team! 🤩🩷

We are so excited to welcome Melissa to the TPM team as a nurse 👩‍⚕️ practitioner! Melissa values a holistic approach that considers the whole patient, addressing not only medical needs but also overall well-being.

After working as a pediatric nurse from 2010–2015 👶, she began her career as a nurse practitioner and has since worked at Boston Children’s Hospital, Mass General for Children, and, more recently, with MaineHealth in pediatric primary care. 🏥 These experiences have strengthened Melissa’s commitment to delivering high-quality, individualized care for each child and family that she sees daily. ✨

Outside of her professional role, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and her Vizsla ❤️. She also enjoys running 🏃‍♀️, yoga 🧘‍♀️, hiking, and exploring the outdoors throughout the Seacoast. 🌲🌊

For all the moms who feel like they’re drowning or have lost themselves, I did my first triathlon with these amazing mamas 10 years ago. Some of our little ones were still in strollers, but now they’re big—and we’re still at it! You will find yourself again. ✨

Gather and the Music Hall are participating in an event called the “Fill the Hall Food Drive”! This food drive helps benefits Gather’s meals for kids program. They provide a free farmers market distribution to over 500 kids each week of summer.

To support this effort, I’ll be collecting canned food items at TPM until Friday, June 20th. If you have any appointments at TPM between now and then, we’d be grateful to accept any donations from the list below to help contribute to this meaningful cause.

We’re currently collecting the following items, and every donation makes a difference:

• Granola Bars, Peanut Butter Crackers
• Juice Boxes
• Peanut Butter & Jelly (low sugar, squeeze bottles preferred)
• Canned Tuna or Chicken
• Rice, Non-Baked Beans, Cereal, Oatmeal
• Canned Vegetables, Tomatoes & Tomato Sauce (low sodium preferred)
• Pancake Mix, Ready-to-Serve Soups
• Gluten-Free Items
• Shelf-Stable Milk Alternatives
• Personal Care Items (Deodorant, Soap, Shampoo/Conditioner)

These two 🦒 had an amazing time soaking up the sun at Universal Studios🌞 and exploring all the excitement Universal has to offer! 🎢along the way, they were a big hit with the kids, collecting compliments and smiles 😄 everywhere they went. 💛

They also took a skiing trip out west 🏔️🎿—this was them making their way through TSA at the airport! ✈️

From cozy nights by the fire 🔥 to snowy mountain adventures ⛷️ and taking in the stunning winter views ❄️, Tailor and Sophie had an unforgettable time!

Their latest adventure? Soaking up the sun and sailing the crystal-clear waters of the BVI ☀️⛵️

We are so excited to have Alana joining our team here at TPM. Here is a bio from Alana:

“I am so pleased to be part of the TPM team as an RN. Prior to coming to TPM, I worked for 12 years at Maine Medical Center as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit nurse and member of the Pediatric Critical Care Transport Team. After settling with my family in the Seacoast I began working at Wentworth Douglass Hospital in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit, taking care of children and adults after surgical procedures.

In addition to being a NICU nurse, I also experienced the NICU as a parent when my son was born early at 33 weeks. Experiencing the NICU as a mother further broadened my perspective as a nurse, learning first hand what a difference great care and compassion can make when it comes to your child.

Outside of being a nurse, I enjoy spending time with my husband and son, skiing, traveling, camping, and enjoying any time spent on the water - I was a Maine Whitewater Guide for several years, guiding rafting trips in between my nursing shifts.

Caring for children and their families has been a common thread throughout my career as a nurse, and I am honored to continue to do so at TPM. I look forward to getting to know you and your families.”
