It has been a very long time since Ive been in the mood to paint. When we are in survival mode for any reason, one of the first things to go is our creativity. The journey back to my true self and the things that I love has been absolutely amazing. This is the largest painting ive ever done, 24 inches x 48 inches. It is so special for several reason...it will be the focal piece for my new living room, hanging above my couch when I move in July. Im so grateful for ALL of the journey. The good, the messy, the painful, the joy.. all of it makes us and shapes us in into the beautiful beings that we are. Enjoy the journey my friends...some of the greatest blessings come out of the most unexpected situations ✌️❤️✨️.

Adventures in car camping #4 . A time was had ☺️✨️❤️. My first time having a friend join for dinner and a fire, wonderful conversations, nature trails, bubbles, kayaking, waking up to nature and the most perfect weather you could ever ask for! Might be my favorite trip yet. I learned so many things about myself , grew a bit, healed a bit, loved on me a bit...Kayaking might be my new favorite thing! First time trying it and i was by myself with no instructions lmao 🙃. I just fu**ed around and found out! 2 hours on the water restored my soul, and toned my biceps 💪 lmao...I hope everyone enjoys this memorial day weekend ❤️✨️.

Everytime Ive had a rebirth, Ive cut my hair...releasing the old energy trapped within, signifying my readiness to welcome newness into my life...ive never gone this short, but I like it here lol...feel like it means something extra special is coming my way ✨️🙏. Never be afraid to start again...no matter the plan you had set for your life, no matter your age, or where you thought you would be, its always ok to let go and begin again... LOVE yourself enough to allow for a fresh start, tell new stories, reinvent yourself, follow your joy, try new things, move forward in grace. Not every closed door is a bad thing, sometimes the universe closes doors for you that you wouldn't have closed for yourself so that the next best chapter of your life can begin

I absolutely love Native American war music. It's so soulfilled, primal, and raw. It moves me in so many ways. I love learning more about native culture. This was my second nansemond river pow wow and will be an annual outing 💯. If you've never been to a pow wow I highly recommend it! The handmade crafts, tribal dancing, and music are all amazing.

Spring brings new life, new beginnings, and new adventures. These beautiful little fuzzy balls just hatched and it makes my heart so happy to see them doing well 🥰...funny story, I thought something ate all the mamas eggs and was so sad last week...turns out they just hatched 😆. The cycle of life is beautiful! Reminds me that we always have to shed and release something for the new beautiful beginnings to be birthed. What new beginnings and adventures are you welcoming in this season?
